We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
KRAs will include:
Responsible for managing relationships with our business partners (Airtel, Vodafone, etc.)
Aggressively selling our solutions and technologies to positively impact our revenues
Bringing in new business opportunities that maximize the scope of our existing solutions and expand their reach further into new markets
Making numbers your best friend—we expect you to constantly analyze trends, tweak the strategy and grow the bottom line
Capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing them efficiently
Willing to travel as and when necessary, and not worry about hours. This is not a typical 9 to 5 job.
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a reputable university or related field or equivalent military or industry experience
Advanced knowledge of MS Office – especially Excel
Experience in the telecom domain is preferred
Hands-on experience with client relationship management
Excellent command of the English language – spoken and written
Experience performing in a fast-paced environment
Self-Learning, motivated and disciplined attitude
High level of logic and reasoning skills.
